This paper deals with mathematical human resource planning; more specifically, it suggests a new model for a manpower‐planning system. In general, we study a k‐classed hierarchical system where the workforce demand at each time period is satisfied through internal mobility and recruitment. The motivation for this work is based on various European Union incentives, which promote regional or local government assistance programs that could be exploited by firms not only for hiring and training newcomers, but also to improve the skills and knowledge of their existing personnel. In this respect, in our augmented mobility model we establish a new ‘training/standby’ class, which serves as a manpower inventory position for potential recruits. This class, which may very well be internal or external to the system, is incorporated into the framework of a non‐homogeneous Markov chain model. Furthermore, cost objectives are employed using the goal‐programming approach, under different operating assumptions, in order to minimize the operational cost in the presence of system's constraints and regulations. The synergetic effect of corrosion and corrosion induced hydrogen embrittlement damage processes which occur at local scale has been found to result in a dramatic macroscopic tensile ductility loss of the 2024 aluminum alloy. In the present work, the tensile behaviour of corroded 2024 T351 specimens has been estimated on the basis of FE analysis by taking into account the local material properties in the damaged areas. A parametric study is involved to account for the effect of thickness in the results. Calculated tensile properties obtained with the analysis agree well with experimental data.  相似文献

This paper presents a multiobjective hybrid metaheuristic approach for an intelligent spatial zoning model in order to draw territory line for geographical or spatial zone for the purpose of space control. The model employs a Geographic Information System (GIS) and uses multiobjective combinatorial optimization techniques as its components. The proposed hybrid metaheuristic consists of the symbiosis between tabu search and scatter search method and it is used heuristically to generate non-dominated alternatives. The approach works with a set of current solution, which through manipulation of weights are optimized towards the non-dominated frontier while at the same time, seek to disperse over the frontier by a strategic oscillation concept. The general procedure and its algorithms are given as well as its implementation in the GIS environment. The computation has resulted in tremendous improvements in spatial zoning.  相似文献

 在1.2×1013W·cm-2低功率密度下,对基频激光预主短脉冲驱动类镍银X光激光机理进行了数值模拟和理论分析。证实了在靶长23 mm范围内X光激光都能获得有效放大,取得了和实验相符合的结果。考虑了单柱面镜线聚焦沿靶长度方向功率密度的非均匀性对X光激光放大的影响,采用弯曲靶能有效克服折射以及单柱面镜线聚焦功率密度非均匀带来的不利影响。理论模拟给出的类镍银X光激光的出光下限泵浦功率密度也与实验符合得很好。理论模拟还表明,采用1%左右的预脉冲强度并对预主脉冲时间间隔进行优化,X光激光的输出能量和能量转换效率将获得大幅度提高。  相似文献

 波长19.6nm的类氖锗X光激光适合作为诊断激光等离子体界面不稳定性的光源。用经过实验检验的系列程序对预-主短脉冲驱动类氖锗进行了系统的优化设计和理论分析。采用2%~3%的预脉冲强度,6~8ns的预-主脉冲时间间隔,在4×1013W/cm2功率密度驱动下, 波长19.6nm增益区的宽度可以超过60μm,增益区的维持时间可以达到90ps。对于16mm长的平板靶,增益系数可达11.8/cm;弯曲靶增益系数可达13.3/cm;单靶小增益长度积可达21.3,单靶就可以获得饱和增益。采用双靶对接,其小讯号增益可达38.4,可以获得深度饱和增益,能满足应用演示所需的X光激光光源。  相似文献

利用喇曼放大器的非线性偏微分耦合方程组,对带喇曼放大器的色散补偿系统进行了仿真,并与传统的仿真方法进行了比较.结果表明:在色散完全补偿系统中,当传输速率较高时,忽略色散后的传统仿真方法的结果,与采用色散补偿技术后使整个系统色散为零的仿真结果有一定偏差,此时不能忽略色散的作用.还对前补偿系统和后补偿系统进行了研究,利用Q值性能判别法,分别得到了信号光脉冲的最佳占空比和最佳脉冲阶数.  相似文献

Modeling and numerical simulations of the convective flows induced by the vibration of the monocrystal during crystal growth have been performed for two configurations simulating the Cz and FZ methods. This permitted to emphasize the role of different vibrational mechanisms in the formation of the average flows. It is shown that an appropriate combination of these mechanisms can be used to counteract the usual convective flows (buoyancy- and/or thermocapillary-driven) inherent to crystal growth processes from the liquid phase. While vibrational convection is rather complex due to these identified mechanisms, the new modeling used in the present paper opens up very promising perspectives to efficiently control heat and mass transfer during real industrial applications of crystal growth from the liquid phase.  相似文献

The piecewise linear method (PLM) based on time operator splitting is used to solve the unsteady compressible Euler equations describing the two-dimensional flow around and through a straight wall inlet placed stationary in a rapidly rotating supersonic flow. The PLM scheme is formulated as a Lagrangian step followed by an Eulerian remap. The inhomogeneous terms in the Euler equations written in cylindrical coordinates are first removed by Sod's method and the resulting set of equations is further reduced to two sets of one-dimensional Lagrangian equations, using time operator splitting. The numerically generated flow fields are presented for different values of the back pressure imposed at the downstream exit of the inlet nozzle. An oblique shock wave is formed in front of the almost whole portion of the inlet entrance, the incoming streamlines being deflected towards the higher pressure side after passing through the oblique shock wave and then bending down to the lower pressure side. A reverse flow appears inside the inlet nozzle owing to the recovery pressure of the incoming streams being lower than the back pressure of the inlet nozzle.  相似文献

Recently, Wei in proved that perturbed stiff weighted pseudoinverses and stiff weighted least squares problems are stable, if and only if the original and perturbed coefficient matrices A and A^- satisfy several row rank preservation conditions. According to these conditions, in this paper we show that in general, ordinary modified Gram-Schmidt with column pivoting is not numerically stable for solving the stiff weighted least squares problem. We then propose a row block modified Gram-Schmidt algorithm with column pivoting, and show that with appropriately chosen tolerance, this algorithm can correctly determine the numerical ranks of these row partitioned sub-matrices, and the computed QR factor R^- contains small roundoff error which is row stable. Several numerical experiments are also provided to compare the results of the ordinary Modified Gram-Schmidt algorithm with column pivoting and the row block Modified Gram-Schmidt algorithm with column pivoting.  相似文献
